Ms. Priya Chauhan has joined IndianOil (Mauritius) Limited as Vice President (Finance) since March 2022.
With over 20 years of extensive experience in finance and accounting, Ms Priya Chauhan brings a wealth of expertise and strategic acumen to team IOML. A seasoned financial leader, she has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic and challenging business environments.
Prior to joining with IndianOil in 2001, Ms. Priya has worked at Deloitte as an Audit Consultant. During the last two decades, Ms. Priya has worked in multiple geographies in India, Sri Lanka and Mauritius with incremental organizational responsibilities and accomplished many challenging tasks and been a change agent. She was part of the core team which implemented one the largest ERP implementation Project in Oil and Gas Sector in India. She was the project lead (Finance) for implementing the prestigious E2E ERP solution for all major Companies in Sri Lanka including Lanka IOC, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation and other JV companies.
In her present role as Chief Financial Officer, she plays a pivotal strategic role and contributes significantly to the overall direction and success of the company. Additionally, she is also a Board member of Mer-Rouge Oil Storage Terminal. In her role as HR Head of IOML, she pivots the growth strategy of the company by creating human & social capital.
Ms. Priya is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and she has an Honors Degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India. She has attended many prestigious programs at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata, Lucknow, and the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms Priya is an avid reader and likes her long drives.
Mr Deepak Jain is qualified Chartered Accountant as well as Cost Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountant and The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants Of India, respectively. He has joined the parent company in 1999 and has wide experience in different spheres of Accounting and Finance.
